I have drawn this little illustration for my dear frien 
, I love her so much and I was really glad that she asked me to draw her beautiful character.
I studied a lot the 20s style for this drawing, strangely is really difficult to draw !
I have draw her 5 times... but my lovely Eli deserve an accurate drawing!
I hope that she doesn't seems just a girl with heavy make up xD!

I have always found the 1920's rather interesting ever since reading The Great Gatsby (which was my first real exposure to that decade). I really like this, especially the way you colored it. She doesn't just look like a girl with heavy makeup; even before I saw the title of this piece, I could tell it was supposed to be evocative of the 20's, which it is.
